How to Apply:
You MUST submit the following documents:
- Certified copy of your ID:
- Certification not older than 3 months.
- ID copy must be very clear - Blurry copies will not be accepted.
- ID Number must be readable - If we cannot read your ID Number, then we cannot submit your documentation.
- Proof of Disability Document:
- MUST have the date of the current year you enroll/apply. If you apply in 2020, the date on the document must be 2020. We will NOT accept a proof of disibility if it's not in the current year.
- Your Name and ID Number MUST be on the proof of disibility letter.
- Disibility must be specified on the document. If disibility is not specified, then we will not accept.
- Proof of disibility document MUST be signed by a General Medical Practitioner/Educational Psychologist /Registered School Cousellor/Occupational Therapist/Registered Medical Specialist.
- Proof of disibility document MUST have the practice number/medical license number. General Medical Practitioner/Educational Psychologist /Registered School Cousellor/Occupational Therapist/Registered Medical Specialist.
- LATEST month bank statement:
- Bank Statement MUST NOT be older than 3 months. We will not accept if the bank statement is out of date.
- Make sure there is a bank stamp on your bank statement with a date.
- Make sure your Name and Surname is on the statement and that your account number and details are correct.
- SARS document:
- Your income Tax number sould be readable on the document.
- Your Name, Surname and ID Number must be on the document.
- Please note: If your income tax number is just zero's, then it's an invalid income tax number. We will not accept the document.
- Copy of your CV(Curriculum Vitae)
- Highest School Report:
- Give us your highest primary/secondary school report. We DO NOT accept higher that Matric Certificate.
- If you dont have a school report or lost your school report, we will accept an Affidavit -- Affidavit should NOT be older that 3 months.
- Proof of Residence:
- Any bill with your Name, Surname and Address will be accepted.
- If you dont have a proof of residence with your details, we will accept an Affidavit -- Affidavit should NOT be older that 3 months.
