Kukhula has seen the significant need for training qualifications suitable for workplace trainers across all industries, enterprises and training organisations throughout the last few years.  We are very proud to announce that we are now able to offer the QCTO Occupational Trainer NQF Level 4 Qualification.

A Occupational Trainer is a qualified technical or occupational expert who is equipped with the ability to deliver training in their specific field of expertise. This NQF Level 4 qualification is aimed at potential or existing trainers who are responsible for delivering occupational learning programmes to trainees in the workplace.

The main aims of the training programmes linked to this qualification are to:

  • Build and maintain the quality of provision of workplace training, given the important role it has to play more broadly within occupational training.
  • In doing so raise the status of those who facilitate learning in an industry or trade context.
  • Begin a process for the on-going professional development of occupational education and training practitioners.

  • Bongani Cele says:

Wow I’m so interested, just to be trained as an occupational trainer too.

I also see a lot of gap special for people living with disability they are way far too behind, this can make them be a need in this evolving world not to mention South Africa as whole developmental country. I see a bigger picture in this than what I can write to words.

  • Like!! I blog frequently and I really thank you for your content. The article has truly peaked my interest.
